Who I Am
My name is Pawel Ferfecki.
I combine practical experience in sales and management with a passion for data analytics.
Understanding business processes “from the inside” helped me realize how much data can transform the way decisions are made.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and Communication from the University of Bielsko-Biala,
and a Master’s degree in Management with a specialization in Lean Management.
Thanks to this combination, I bring together analytical thinking with knowledge of process optimization and communication in organizations.
Why Data Analytics?
Working in the retail industry, I saw how difficult it can be to make business decisions without a full view of the data.
Analytics allowed me to look at business differently — to search for patterns, draw conclusions, and improve processes.
My goal is to connect these two worlds: business and data.
Today, I’m developing as a data analyst and Power BI report designer,
turning data, processes, and business logic into actionable insights that support better decisions.
